This Cookie Policy explains how Vindy MB (“Vindy”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Vindy platform (the “Service”).

1. What we use
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service, including:
- authentication and session continuity (for example Firebase Auth);
- security, abuse prevention, and load balancing;
- remembering UI preferences that you set (for example theme or language where stored locally);
- completing checkout and payment redirects with our payment provider;
- remembering your analytics cookie choice (accept / essential only).
These technologies are required for the Service to function (or to store your consent preference). Under ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary storage does not require prior consent.
2. Analytics cookies (optional)
With your prior consent, we load Google Analytics 4 via Firebase Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service (for example which pages and tabs are viewed, approximate traffic volumes, and technical context such as device/browser type).

We do not use analytics for advertising, remarketing, or selling personal data. Ads-related Consent Mode signals remain denied.
If you choose Essential only, we do not enable analytics collection for your browser session (collection stays off and analytics storage consent remains denied).
3. Third parties
Payment (Stripe) and infrastructure (Google Firebase / Google Cloud) providers may set their own essential cookies or similar technologies when you use login, hosting, or checkout features. Their policies apply to those technologies.
When analytics is enabled, Google processes measurement data as described in Google’s privacy documentation for Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics. Processing may involve transfers outside the EEA under Google’s applicable safeguards.
4. Managing cookies
- First visit (and after Cookie Policy version changes): a banner asks whether to allow analytics.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login, checkout, or other core features from working.
- Change your mind: clear this site’s data (or the stored consent keys) in your browser; on the next visit the banner appears again. You can also contact info@vindy.lt.
